30 Day Yoga Challenge
Ever since writing the About section of this website 3 months ago, I’ve probably practiced yoga once, maybe twice. Great start.
A Yoga challenge felt like the best/right way to kick my butt into gear and hopefully get me closer to where I want to be. I’m insanely impatient, so did just one quick google search, found the Do You Yoga app and decided that was the programme for me.
After a tiny bit of browsing the app, I was impressed. The routines are short and call on the different types of practice so hopefully l I won’t get bored. You can do everything via the app and it all seems petty simple . The premise is basic. Practice yoga once a day for 30 days. Feel good. It’s that simple.
Perhaps I’ll start tomorrow. I did just run 5km!
