After doing my first long run via the Nike app, and using HeadSpace as my guide, it made me realise two things.
I can run for longer than I thought
I quite like running in the morning
So today, I challenged myself to a 5Km run. I surprised myself. It wasn’t easy, I totally wanted to give up a few times. I had to stop a walk more that twice. But I did it.
Then I went to walk and told EVERYONE what I had done. There’s almost no point doing it if you’re not gonna brag, right?!
